land owned by a Costa Rican
family.
Property Description:
At the top of the cliff is a flat area with a spectacular
180 degree ocean view ranging from the Gulf of Papagayo and
its various islands to the Santa Rosa National Park to the
north.

A moderate slope going inland to the east, from the top of
the cliff, with a mix of trees and grassy land offering a
view of three main volcanoes and a lake with great biodiversity,
the size of which varies with the seasons (about 150 acres).

A flat piece of grassy land with some trees and a view of
the volcanic range to the east.


Location:
The property is located, on the Gulf de Papagayo, on the northwest
Pacific coast of Costa Rica in the Guanacaste province. Only
40 minutes from the Liberia International Airport.

To
the north, the Santa Rosa National Park is a natural border,
to the south is the Papagayo Development Project, including
the new Four Seasons Hotel and the Polo Papagayo Project.
